What should I clarify if an offer has location restrictions?
Review any relevant limitation before completing the transaction. Use the existing order reference if a restriction appears afterward.
How can I confirm an agreement discussed by phone or in person?
Do not replace an existing order reference with an invented identifier. Check whether an agreed exception requires another person's approval.
What should I check if checkout reports a payment problem?
Read the displayed message carefully rather than assuming every error has the same cause. Compare the relevant records before assuming an amount was charged twice.
